I love the fast-paced nature of this game, and the way that the progress you make in each little beach community is something you get to keep building on. My only complaints about playing is that it's not easy with all of the goals and time restraint to make the island look exactly like you want it to, but if the game had a sandbox mode that would be perfect. I haven't completely finished yet, and I'm still working on how to get the pollution down to zero. You get little rewards for your accomplishments. I think Passport to Paradise has a similar feel to the Build-a-Lot series when you start out, but you're never held back by lack of materials which is nice. Building does take money though, and an adequate amount of workers and workshops. Still though, I think the game feels unrestrained which was a nice change, and learning to play didn't take any time at all. You really just dive right in. Thanks to Iwin for a great game!

Very fun game. You have to be careful where you build though, if you need to build a road later on and theres a building in the way, theres no way to remove the building. Other then that its a great game! Theres no pressure to build fast. You can just sit back and have fun. Great for adults and kids alike.

Loved this. HOpefully the sequel is longer and has a bit more detail. I didnt hire any of the consultants but I wish I could have hired a handyman to clean up the trash. It wasn't entirely easy, but far far from hard. I enjoyed it most because I could design my own islands. If you like this game, you will also like the coconut one.
