My whole family LOVED this game. It reminded us of the old DOS game "Jones in the Fast Lane", which we played for hours at a time many, many years ago. Our only regret was that it didn't allow us to play against each other. We actually have been looking for a game like this, and would love to have one that allowed us to play head-to-head like a board game. I wonder if the writers of this game would consider adding this function. If so, we probably would play it forever!

I had a lot of fun with this game. The only negative things I'd say about the game are that some of the challenges were very easy (only took a day to complete) and it was a little too short. You can keep going after you've completed all the challenges, but it's not the same without them. I thought it helped to do things outside of the current challenge. It made it a bit more fun. I liked being able to take classes, get new jobs, and buy/design the look of your home.

I played the demo and knew I had to buy the game. The voice overs make this even more enjoyable for me. The graphics are good, storyline fun. I have played similar sims but this has purchasing cars, you see speeding to your next location. Buying furniture and placing it in your new home, dating, marriage, changing careers, different college courses to get a better job, friendly competition that even when you lose you get to keep going until you complete the goal.
EDIT............This is the first time I can say I won this type of game. i was sad to see it end and we should have been able to do more with the babies. Also I didn't like the way if we didn't date our husbands they would leave us. The game was fun.
